This week is the very last week of the #BOSUStrong challenge (and I am waiting to the very last minute to get back into this thing) that has inspired me to keep fighting for my strong. Before starting the challenge, my goal was to just follow along and now that we’re in the final week I plan to use this as leverage to push even harder knowing that challenges are made to make us BETTER not just be something to do.
This week we’re focusing on the things that make us BOSUStrong. Here are the 10 things that make me #BOSUStrong:
I am persistent.
I will always get back up.
I never find it useful to put someone else down.
I do work hard.
I love to support other people and build community.
I am inspired to change the way society sees beauty, wellness and strength.
I love to encourage others to live their truth.
I have to be more gentle with myself.
I am proud of my ability to accept my humanness.
I hope to take what I am doing to another level and reach people whom are often forgotten.
