#IAM: The Beginning of A Movement

….perhaps a video is worth more.

How much is a video of pictures worth?

What happens when you feel like you just need to talk but the typing doesn’t seem to convey the emotion and you have a message you need to get out? And you’re trying to get it done “right” because it needs to be “professional” but you’re crying because it’s personal?

This happens:
And I know it’s the right thing.  When I looked down at the time of the video, it was 2 minutes and 32 seconds.  232 was my highest weight ever.  It’s a number that has haunted me for years.

It’s time to be set free.  From all of it.

Who are YOU?

Let’s start a movement.

Tasha you are an INSPIRATION <3 I finally had the time to post. and I would not let another day end without telling you so. Although we've never met personally I could connect or understand much of what you share because I to have been in a hard place (BUT GOD) we have may be one or two mutual friends but I was drawn to your post because you were real. For me your journey was real to me and for me I could relate all to well. GOD takes defeat and turns into VICTORY! I think to often we judge ppl based on a look or our perception, false perception at best…A good friend of mine always says KB everyone has a story. I'm not always able to post or check your daily post but the times that I have I've been able to be lifted by your words. I also have been able to feel the frustration, hurt, pain, joy, laughter, expressions of the day. And wanted to comment but self would say who Am I…what can you say, you don't know her not for real…I let self talk me out of it…
I started a journey (healthy/weight loss) 2 yrs. ago with not much progress but I can't quit! I read your post today and watched your video – blessed beyond measure you and you should be proud of your accomplishments! YOU INSPIRE ME and this day self was DEFEATED. Keep on keeping on… Be blessed KB
